Do you have an interest in becoming involved in how Hull University Teaching Hospitals can develop safer services for our patients?
Are you or have you ever been a patient, carer or family member of someone who has used any health and care services?
If your answer is YES, then you can become a Patient Safety Partner (PSP)
Your role will be to work with staff at HUTH to ensure that we prioritise the safety requirements of our patients to ensure things that go right and minimising the things that go wrong for people receiving our services.
You will talk to people and join key meetings across the organisation. You will become involved in the structures that support patient safety. The role description outlines the type of activities you will undertake.

Midwifery
Planned care
Unplanned care
These roles will enable you to work with the PSP to improve safety for all patients, share ideas and learn something new and to be able to support people when they need it most in order to make a long lasting difference.
