Hull and East Riding MNVP
About Hull and East Riding MNVP

Our Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) aims to represent the families of Hull and the East Riding. If you received maternity and/or neonatal care at Hull Women and Children's hospital, we’d love to hear your experiences. If you live in the East Riding but used York, Scarborough or Scunthorpe hospitals please head over to the York and Scarborough or North and North East Lincs MNVP pages.
At the Hull and East Riding MNVP we listen to and engage with families throughout the birthing journey, from conception to baby being 1.
We are a group of service users, healthcare professionals and local organisations working together to improve maternity and neonatal care. With your feedback, our aim is to make maternity and neonatal care better for the people who use the services. Please do share your feedback, both positive experiences and things that can be improved, so we can ensure your voice is heard and change is made.

Meet Your Hull and East Riding MNVP Lead

Rachael Smith
MNVP Lead for Hull and
East Riding
About
I had two very different birth experiences in Hull and wanted to use the positives and negatives from my journeys to help make improvements for the future for other parents. When the Hull MNVP was established, I volunteered for the role to help get it up and running and to make a difference to local families.
