MVP Hull Member Surprised by BBC's The One Show with Big Thank You

Our very own Hull MVP member, Samantha Catanach, was recently awarded by the BBC's The One Show for her recent dedication and creation of Chasing Rainbows, a vital service for those in Hull who are suffering with and have suffered from early pregnancy loss and miscarriage (particularly if it is recurring).

Sam created Chasing Rainbows back in 2019, and within weeks thousands of women across the country got in touch with her to ask for help and support surrounding their losses and grief.

The show broadcasted Sam's surprise on last night's episode of the One Show, which if you missed it can be watched again on BBC iPlayer. Sam was presented with her Big Thank You by none other than, Drummer for McFly and 2011 Strictly Come Dancing winner, Harry Judd and his wife Izzy, who themselves have experienced a loss through miscarriage.

We wish to congratulate Sam on this wonderful and well-deserved achievement and Thank her for not only being a wonderful member of our MVP in Hull but also for creating and providing such a crucial service for those women of Hull who have suffered or are suffering with such losses.

Thank you for raising awareness and support for such a subject and helping to break the stigma surrounding miscarriage and early pregnancy loss.
